Location :                       Shaw Lane, Doncaster

Hours / Type :                    2 x 37 hours per week, permanent

1 x 25.5 hours per week, permanent

1 x 28 hours per week, permanent

Part of your role will be supporting this wider team to ensure our customers, both internal and external, receive the best customer experience possible.

As well as supporting the wider team, the key part of the role involves carrying out a range of administrative duties. This means you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in using IT, including both Word and Excel, and possess excellent customer service skills.

St Leger Homes offers a service accessible by external customers between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm and 8am – 7pm for repairs. We are recruiting a part time permanent position.

The successful full-time applicants will be required to work the above working patterns, which are based around the business and customer needs. However, there may be some opportunity for flexibility, which will be agreed locally with their line manager ensuring that in all cases business and customer need are met.

We are recruiting for 2 Full Time positions and 2 Part Time positions.

The hours for the part time positions are to meet the needs of the customer which are :

Part Time Position 1 (25.5 hours per week) :    Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday full                                                               day and Friday PM

Part Time Position 2 (28 hours per week) :       Monday – 08 : 30am – 2 : 30pm

Tuesday – 09 : 00am – 10 : 30am              11 : 30am – 3 : 30pm

Wednesday – 11 : 30am – 3 : 30pm

Thursday – 08 : 30am – 2 : 30pm

Friday – 11 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
