Salary up to £25,542 pro-rata, depending on experience

Our swim team in our Stockley Park Fitness and Wellbeing Gym currently have an internal opportunity for a Swim Manager. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.

As a Swim Manager you will;

• Be part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager
• Have full responsibility and accountability for swim class programming within the centre, covering the management, governance, and active selling of the product and services in the swim classes timetable.
• Be responsible for the continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
• Be the role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
