Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Washington for a number of Warehouse Operatives / Picker Packers on a temporary basis.

Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Operatives will include :

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
• Performing manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items.
• Working to strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Using handheld devices to locate products within the warehouse.
• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Warehouse Operative Requirements :

Full training will be provided to all new starters.

The shift times are as below and ​working between 16 to 40 hours per week depending on the shift pattern. :

All workers can choose from days, lates, nights, or weekend-only shifts - then rotas will be allocated so workers know exactly what shifts they are on throughout their contracts; weekend working will be required on all shift patterns.

Basic Hourly Rate : £12.30 to £14.23 depending on shift pattern (Rising after 12 weeks)
