Job summary

The Consultant Gynaecologist will be experiencedregistered Gynaecologist who is on the specialist register, who possess the skillsto assess and treat patients within the community.

Main duties of the job

The Consultant Gynaecologist will see a range of patients within the outpatient setting, in which they will need to assess, evaluate and manage patients with minor and moderate complexity gynaecology conditions.

• Mirena insertion / removal
• Endometrial biopsy
• Cervical Cautery (with silver nitrate)
• Ring / Shelf Pessary insertion / removal
