About the Role :

As our Senior Estimator, you will oversee all residential project estimating. This is an exciting opportunity to work independently, leverage your deep understanding of UK regulations and estimating software, and ensure attention to detail for accurate cost projections and profitability. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and keeping everyone informed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee estimating for all residential projects.
• Work independently with an in-depth knowledge of UK regulations and estimating software.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail for accurate cost projections and profitability.
• Act as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and maintaining clear communication.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of UK building codes.
• Proficiently use Excel, Bluebeam, and Causeway.
• Aspire to lead and develop a team, mentoring and collaborating with the Founders.
• Be instrumental in executing the company’s expansion strategy.
• Experience in managing the full estimating process, from enquiry to submission.
