An Accountancy Firm is looking for an experienced secretary to join their team based in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis!
Your new role
- Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to partners, directors and departments.
- Assisting with the smooth running of the Milton Keynes office.
- Diary management including arranging and confirming meetings and arranging catering as required.
- Scanning and franking of all outgoing post on a daily basis.
- Preparing Excel workbooks for tax working papers using templates.
- Maintaining online technical library and circulating links to weekly updates.
- Providing cover for reception and switchboard as required.
- Assisting with preparation of quarterly partner reports.
- Monitoring partners' emails and forwarding where relevant.
- Co-ordinating training courses for professional staff as arranged through HR / training managers.
- Charity / Marketing Champion.
- Drafting periodic correspondence such as tax return information requests and payment reminders from templates.
- CRM reporting and updating.
- Administration of fee protection insurance in Milton Keynes.
What you'll need to succeed
