  • Robert Half is working with a Fintech firm looking for a Office Assistant based in central London.

    Salary- £28 000 - £35 000 (DOE)

    Role :

    Seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day running of a new central London office. The role covers facilities management, supplier coordination, health & safety oversight, office upkeep, and culture support through onboarding and team events.

    Responsibilities :

    • Manage office operations, suppliers, and facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire protocols.
    • Support employee experience through onboarding and social event coordination.
    • Act as a key point of contact for facilities and IT-related needs.
    • Requirements :

    • 2+ years' experience in office management or administration.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask independently.
