We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious travel company for a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant . Based in Central London, the role offers flexible working options, including hybrid or fully remote for candidates based in the UK.

What you’ll be doing :

You’ll be the go-to expert for luxury travel requests from elite members, handling enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. From researching and booking five-star hotels and flights, to creating tailor-made itineraries and leisure experiences — you’ll ensure each trip is seamless, personalised, and unforgettable.

Key requirements :

Fluent German to a native / bilingual level (spoken and written)

Strong English communication skills

Previous experience in luxury travel or high-end customer service

Experience with GDS systems or premium booking platforms

A proactive, service-driven attitude with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work Sunday to Thursday on a permanent schedule
