Account Services Manager - Customer Success

The Account Services Manager role is customer-facing and sits within the Customer Success Sales organization. The primary responsibility is ensuring all deliverables during the contract are met on time and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting Relationships : The position reports to the Account Services Team Lead.

Direct Reports : This position has no direct reports.

Major Responsibilities

Account Services

  • Service multiple, sometimes complex, accounts concurrently.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational support needs for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key clients and account stakeholders.
  • Support account retention through relationship management and process efficiencies.
  • Use Salesforce to maintain account records, meetings, contracts, and contact details.
  • Manage communication cadence with stakeholders.
  • Partner with account team members in a matrix structure.
  • Use data and reporting tools to monitor account performance and advise on improvements.
  • Assist in planning and preparing client reviews, including reporting and presentations.
  • Manage contract renewal projects, coordinating internal stakeholders.
  • Handle a portfolio of accounts, processing renewals and addressing queries.

Account Implementation

  • Plan and support implementation of accounts and events.
  • Manage contract rollout and review account process deliverables.
  • Oversee system configuration and account setup.
  • Create and maintain rollout materials and train stakeholders.
  • Success Factors

    Success will be measured by KPIs such as :

  • Accurate implementation and customer rollout.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Completion of quarterly / annual reviews.
  • Accurate maintenance of account records.
  • Required Experience / Character

  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience working with mid-senior management customers and sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
  • Fluent English.
