Dairy Partners are a long established family owned British dairy company supplying UK and overseas markets. We manufacture a range of pasta filata cheese products including mozzarella and pizza cheese in various formats for some of the leading food companies across the globe.

We work in close partnership with British dairy farmers as well as customers delivering healthy cheese and other dairy products.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Systems Administrator to join our team. The Systems Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our factory. This position involves compiling reports, data entry, and utilizing SAP software. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To be responsible for, managing and undertaking activities relating to :

  • Data capture for daily reports and meeting reports (Excel / Teams / Powerpoint)
  • SAP transactions and interrogating SAP to generate reports
  • Investigations to identify transactional anomalies
  • Admin support for CM Manager to log training records / highlight training needs, process agency timesheets / requirements
  • Support with project work and route cause analysis from an admin perspective
  • Play a pivotal role in sourcing / testing / collating samples and readying them for despatch.
  • Other tasks as the role is developed.
  • Attend daily review meetings and substitute for CM Manager as required.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities :

  • Report Compilation :
  • Collect and compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports before submission to management.
  • Data Entry and Management :
  • Enter production data into SAP software accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain updated records of production metrics, inventory levels, and other relevant data.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
  • SAP Utilization :
  • Use SAP to track production progress, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

  • Support in transactional movements of stock.
  • Generate and distribute SAP reports as required by the production team and management.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Provide administrative support to the CM Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and organizing files.

  • Assist in coordinating production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Samples :
  • Select cheese as directed by CM Manager for customer samples.

  • Cook testing of cheese to ensure organoleptic and customer specifications are met.
  • Logging of cook testing results.
  • Packaging and shipping of samples to customers.
  • Experience :

    Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

    Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

    Skills :

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.

    Can do attitude, willingness to take on new challenges and be flexible.

    The role will be 40hrs. Starting at 07 : 00 – 16 : 00 (there will be some flexibility with hours)
