The Role
As a Sous chef , you will be supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality and freshest ingredients in all dishes.
Requirements :
- Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef or in a similar role
- Experience working in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a 5-star hotel.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
- Motivated and proud of your culinary achievements.
- Organised and punctual with an eye for detail.
