Sous Chef

The Role

As a Sous chef , you will be supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality and freshest ingredients in all dishes.

Requirements :

• Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef or in a similar role
• Experience working in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a 5-star hotel.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
• Motivated and proud of your culinary achievements.
• Organised and punctual with an eye for detail.
