Estates and Facilities Officer

Kidderminster College are looking for a professional estate and facilities officer to join the estates team, in providing a welcoming and friendly service to learners, visitors and colleagues in promoting a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate must be willing to undertake additional training and to hold a first aid at work certification. To have previous experience of working in an educational environment or similar. It is essential to have a full clean driving license.

This role attracts a first aid allowance of £.00 per annum and is fixed term for 3 years subject to having the appropriate qualification.
