As a Lead Clinical Oversight Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in our care home leadership team You will work closely with our care home manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained in our care home located in Glenrothes,Fife.

- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the care home team.
- Implement and monitor clinical best practices to enhance resident care.
- Collaborate with other team members to create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Lead and support training and development initiatives for clinical staff.
- Drive quality improvement projects to enhance resident outcomes.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role in a care home setting.
- Strong knowledge of care home regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and mentor a clinical team.
