We’re working with a growing online retailer that’s hiring their first DevOps Engineer – a key role as they scale up and lay the groundwork for the future.

You’ll be stepping into a blank canvas – no legacy systems, no red tape. It’s a real opportunity to take ownership from day one, set the direction, choose the tools, and shape how DevOps is done across the business.

You’ll work closely with engineers, product, and security teams to improve automation, reduce downtime, and strengthen reliability across a platform that serves thousands of customers daily.

The current stack includes :

AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, and Cloudflare – but they’re completely open to new ideas and better ways of working.

What you’ll be doing :

• Building and scaling infrastructure in the cloud (AWS / Azure)
• Driving automation across CI / CD pipelines
• Improving monitoring, alerts, and visibility across systems
• Working on containerisation and orchestration
• Supporting developers to ship faster and more reliably
