Job description

Job Title : Business Development Manager – SaaS

Location : Sittingbourne – Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote, UK travel required)

Salary : £45,000 to £60,000 + Uncapped Commission

About the Role :

We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS provider in the fleet and logistics space to find a driven Business Development Manager . This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities across key verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fleet, logistics, and rental sectors
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored product demos and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market efforts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and performance tracking via CRM
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform commercial strategy

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in tech or logistics
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of closing new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded with a strategic approach to sales
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
