Job Description

Reporting to the UK based controller and International FC,, the Senior Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations across the European region. You will lead a team of five and play a critical role in group reporting, statutory compliance, cashflow and treasury management, risk mitigation, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities include :

• Preparation and consolidation of regional financial reports and presentation to group stakeholders.
• Oversight of cashflow, treasury, and reporting packages for holding companies.
• Management of audits, tax compliance, and statutory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Enhancement of internal controls and mitigation of financial risks.
• Business partnering with regional leaders, HQ finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leadership of statutory reporting and sub-consolidation for overseas auditors and banking partners.
• Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
• Playing a key role in new finance systems implementations and ERP improvements.
• Developing and coaching the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

The Successful Applicant

A ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Manager should be :

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in group reporting (IFRS & local GAAP), statutory accounts, and audit.
• Proven experience working in an international, multi-entity finance environment.
• Exposure to manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, or retail sectors is advantageous.
• Experienced in financial systems and strong Excel capabilities.
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Adaptable, proactive, and organised with a strong business acumen.
• Skilled at coaching, developing teams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
