The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join the Sales & Marketing team as a Customer Account Assistant, providing essential support to the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by handling enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Prepare documentation, brief delivery drivers, and liaise with the Production team to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Assist in generating invoices and quotes.
- Maintain and update marketing materials.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure the website stays current with company news.
- Organise industry events and exhibitions.
- Attend conferences to engage with new and existing clients.
- Support logistical planning and ensure seamless operations.
- Focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
