About the job

We are seeking recent university graduates to join our Graduate Program here in the UK&I. We have developed an 18-month graduate program that allows recent university grads to work in all areas of our business before ending the programme in the area that they will then specialise in. This program gives a deep immersion into the markets, product solutions, and tools needed for success at Alfa Laval. Participants of the program will have the opportunity to work alongside our Marine, Energy and Food and Water divisions in all areas of the business, sales and service , during which they will be building internal and external relationships which will assist in achieving success in the role they are appointed to at the end of the programme.

As part of the program, you will :

  • Have immersive learning in products, markets, tools, and functions within all three Alfa Laval Divisions.
  • Build your network of Alfa Laval colleagues.

What you know and requirements

You have a minimum of a 2 : 1 degree in engineering, and :

  • Ideally you will have knowledge of industrial equipment and / or systems : heat transfer, rotating equipment, fluid separations / filtration / handling, process monitoring and optimization
  • Some travel required, potentially international
  • Full UK driving licence
