This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager with experience in the Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors and or NAVCOMS sector to join an established technology provider delivering secure and resilient communications solutions to clients operating in challenging, remote, and high-stakes environments.

With a long-standing track record of supporting critical industries across maritime, offshore energy, and government sectors, the company offers a diverse suite of connectivity and service solutions. As part of a growing commercial team, you'll play a key role in expanding the business across global markets, including the UK and US, and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for winning new business and developing existing accounts across the Oil & Gas and Offshore markets. You'll promote a comprehensive service offering, lead client engagement efforts, and support international sales growth through a mix of strategic planning and hands-on account management.

The ideal candidate is a commercially sharp and relationship-driven sales leader with experience selling into maritime, offshore, or remote operations environments. You'll be confident managing teams and customers alike, with a clear understanding of how to navigate complex sales cycles. Eligibility for SC clearance in the UK is essential.

The Role :

  • Lead business development across Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors in the UK, US, and select global markets
  • Manage and grow key accounts through a consultative sales approach
  • Liaise closely with technical and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and commercial planning

The Person :

  • Proven experience in solution-based selling to offshore, energy, or maritime clients
  • Team management experience
  • Commercially astute and confident managing high-value client relationships
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Eligible for SC security clearance within the UK
