We are looking for a number of dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team Our client, a fabulous fashion organisation is seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquiries and queries.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Placing telephone mail orders for customers
- Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
- Looking up stock for customer requests
- Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
- Knowledge of all product lines
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS
