Accounts Semi-Senior

TPF Recruitment are currently working with a leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants located in Portsmouth, currently seeking a talented Accounts Semi-Senior to join their dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities :

Within this position, the successful Semi Senior Accountant will be given excellent opportunities to progress within their knowledge and career while working with a supportive team. They will also be offered ACCA / ACA study support.

• Preparation of statutory accounts.
• Preparation of management accounts for a variety of clients.
• Preparation of corporate tax and personal tax computations.
• Preparation of VAT returns.
• General bookkeeping using cloud software- Xero, QuickBooks, Sage etc.
• Supporting the directors with ad-hoc advisory work.
• Assisting more junior members of staff.
