What's the role?
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of high-volume single site contracts, initially within the large power metering sector which could expand to other areas of the business over time.
You will be responsible for improving the contract retention rates alongside upselling of new services at contract renewal stage and ensuring compliance to contract

You will be working from our Glasgow Office on a 40 hour contract Monday to Friday. Please note : Interviews will be in person at our Glasgow Office, 3rd Floor, 48 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TS.

Contacting customers at contract renewal stage and issuing contract renewalsUpselling of new services at contract renewal stagePlacing customers to default renewal rates if no renewal documentation is returnedEnsuring contract compliance and monitoring exceptionsWhere de-appointed during contract term – contacting customer to be re-appointedTriggering contract termination charges as appropriateDealing with customer contract queriesDealing with debt escalationsTo be considered for this role, we would love you to have :
