Role : Associate Technician - Reagent Manufacturing
Location : Motherwell, Scotland
Hours : Full-time, shift-based (rotating day / night shifts)
Pay : £16.56 per hour (PAYE) OR £21.93 per hour (UMB)
Contract : Inside IR35 | x2 Contract Positions Available
An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Associate Technicians - Reagent Manufacturing to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative scientific manufacturing business based in Motherwell, Scotland. These are full-time lab-based roles operating on a rotating shift schedule.

The Requirements :
Degree (or equivalent experience) in a scientific disciplinePrevious laboratory or scientific manufacturing experience in a regulated environmentAbility to work independently and accurately within established proceduresStrong attention to detail and precise documentation skillsCompetent with data entry and computer systemsEffective communication and self-management skillsDesirable : GMP / GLP / GDP familiarity and diagnostic manufacturing experienceThe Role :
Manufacture reagents in a GMP-compliant laboratory to support production timelinesPrepare stock solutions and buffers according to batch requirementsMaintain and calibrate laboratory and analytical equipmentComplete batch records and documentation with accuracy and consistencyAdhere to quality and regulatory protocols (GMP, GDP, GLP)Collaborate effectively with technicians, scientists, and production teamsContribute to SOP and WI updates and improvements as neededShift Pattern :
