JOB DESCRIPTION :

Senior Site Manager required for an internal fit-out contractor company to oversee a CAT A office refurbishment project in Central Edinburgh.

Daily responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing a CAT A Office Fit-Out including refurbishments of flooring, ceiling, date and mechanical works
• Overseeing Site Management team (Manager, Foremen / Supervisor), along with all sub-contractors and labour throughout
• Ensuring that works are complete on time and to a high standard
