Bonded Wadding Inspector
Shifts : Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts (06 : 15–14 : 15 and 14 : 15–22 : 15)
Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and looking to grow in a fast-paced production environment?
We are currently seeking a Bonded Wadding 2 Inspector to join our client based in Mirfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Inspect product quality during production and cover for the Machine Foreman during breaks.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Report quality or mechanical issues to the Machine Foreman, Shift Manager, or Maintenance Manager and assist in resolving them using problem-solving skills.
- Accurately log downtime and stoppages using our networked SFOL (Shop Floor Online) system.
- Communicate operational concerns to the Shift Manager and participate in troubleshooting activities.
- Record and manage quality check results and maintain documentation for product traceability.
