Due to increased workflow, this Leading Legal 500 firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 3-6+ PQE to join their flourishing Finchley office.

The Firm :

Located in the North of London , this practice has been established for over 50 years yet still boasts a modern, entrepreneurial approach to traditional Corporate & Commercial matters.

The Role :

This firm is established in all departments; however, the Corporate department is unquestionably exciting at this moment. The Corporate department deals with an excellent quality of work , including but not limited to establishing businesses, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and more.

Requirements & Salary :

• You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer 3-6+ relevant years of PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be comfortable in managing / developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position
• Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
