Client Overview :

Listgrove is working with a leader in polymer compounding, who has joined forces with a producer of bio-based products. The aim of this partnership is to drive a more sustainable product range into the plastics industry using the power of plants.

Role Overview :

Collaborate with the existing sales teams across both companies to support and drive ongoing projects, while identifying new business opportunities. Target brand owners to elicit their buy-in and promote the flow of business down to manufacturers.

Responsibilities :

• Drive current and new sales opportunities within set budgets.
• Work closely with technical teams to enable timely project completion.
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers, tracking progress to conversion.
• Network at conferences and trade shows to generate leads and drive sales.
• Engage confidently with customers from SMEs and blue-chip companies.
• Consider production costs, gross profit, freight, storage, credit insurance, and finance charges.
• Target 15-20 customer meetings per month via face-to-face and online interactions.
• Lead quarterly reviews of pipeline and sales activities.
