CV Screen is recruiting for an Automotive Service Advisor for a well-established luxury car dealership company. The role is Watford based and a salary of up to £32,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS

Your role as an Automotive Service Advisor will see you assist the Technical Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service and Storage Departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To be the customer main point of contact on all service work
  • Raise job cards for technicians and consult with the workshop for all work required to be carried out, giving details for expected completion dates
  • Responsible for sending out MOT and service reminders to all customers
  • To maintain the integrity of data on the DMS
  • Scheduling service work to be completed in a timely manner
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Tracking vehicles through the workshop
  • The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand

    • REQUIRED SKILLS

    The Automotive Service Advisor will have the majority of the following experience :

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor for a car dealership
  • Technical Understanding of vehicles and all components
  • Qualification in the automotive field would be desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence

    Basic salary up to £32,000
