We're looking for someone with demonstratable experience of organisational business planning and strategic plan development to join us. We launched our ambitious ten-year strategy in 2021 and this role is pivotal in bringing that strategy to fruition.
As Associate Head of Strategy Delivery, you will lead the Strategy Delivery Team, working with colleagues across the organisation to develop three-year business plans, targets and performance metrics. You will lead on the creation of highly informative performance and impact reporting, working with others to map out our path to 2031.
You will be a thoughtful collaborator, at the forefront of strategic thinking with experience of leading planning, monitoring, and reporting in a large and complex organisation. You will be supported by a skilled, fun and friendly team within the Strategy and Knowledge Directorate.
