h3. HGV Technician Position

Depot Location : Cirencester

Working Hours : 07 : 30 am to 17 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday

Rotating Saturday mornings 07 : 30 am to 14 : 00 pm (paid at time & a half)

Contract Type : Full-time / Permanent

Financial Package : GBP 42,500 to GBP 45,000 per annum + benefits

My client, a well-established truck maintenance business, is actively seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities :

  • Carry out repairs highlighted during initial inspections
  • Perform general servicing and MOT preparations
  • Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Update all required paperwork and databases

Candidate Attributes :

  • Hold full industry qualifications and have completed a recognized apprenticeship
  • Have detailed knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance
  • A commercial driving license is advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, maintenance, and repair
