Your role
As a Technology Analyst, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Responsibilities
Manage and support Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows 10 / 11), including application deployment, configuration, and administration.
Utilize Microsoft Intune (Autopilot), SCCM, and VMware Horizon for efficient EUC management.
Provide comprehensive support for Windows 10 / 11 migrations and deployments.
Maintain end-to-end desktop / laptop lifecycle management.
Build, install, configure, and maintain PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile / smart phones).
Perform routine maintenance on installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals.
Provide basic network device and server support in a business environment.
Identify, log, and resolve technical problems related to software applications and network systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Administer and resolve issues with end-user workstation network software products.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, messages, and work orders related to desktop issues.
Provide on-site technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Ensure all work is carried out within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Clearly explain and document technical issues and solutions for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.
Train and educate clients on how to use new technologies and software.
Identify potential system changes and improvements and present them to technical teams for consideration and implementation.
Collaborate with technology team members to ensure the efficient operation of the organization’s desktop computing environment.
Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors, as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements, particularly within the EUC space.
Demonstrate proactive and passionate engagement with EUC technologies, coupled with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Possess experience and a desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
