About the Role :

Manage client portfolios and act as the primary contact for portfolio management. This role involves visiting client premises and becoming thoroughly acquainted with each property.

Portfolio Management :

  • Manage commercial investment properties across the UK.
  • Set up new management instructions and maintain estate records.
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare service charge budgets.
  • Ensure landlord services and statutory compliance.
  • Liaise with tenants and oversee the collection of rents and charges.
  • Implement and arrange maintenance.
  • Ensure buildings insurance cover and manage insurance mediation.
  • Notify clients of rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Provide administrative support for management companies.
  • Participate in new business generation and cross-selling services.

Client Management :

  • Maintain timely client reporting and attend meetings.
  • Identify PR opportunities.
  • Participate in service and practice improvements.
  • Manage junior / support resources.
  • General Duties :

  • Uphold firm values and proactively network to grow client contacts.
  • Consistently produce high-quality work and exceed client expectations.
  • Share knowledge and support colleague development.
  • Qualifications :

  • RICS qualification with 2-5 years PQE.
  • Skills :

  • Highly motivated with a commercial approach.
  • Resilient under pressure with strong prioritization, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with high professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and relevant IT packages.
  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Clean driving license.
