Are you passionate about helping recruitment professionals transform into successful business owners? We're seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our dynamic team as a Business Growth Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment entrepreneurship.

About the Role

As a Business Growth Partner, you'll manage a portfolio of recruitment entrepreneurs, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to help them build and scale their businesses. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise while developing others' success stories.

Key Responsibilities

Your mission will be to drive the growth and success of recruitment entrepreneurs through :

  • Strategic business coaching and tailored growth plans
  • Hands-on mentorship in business development and leadership
  • Goal setting and performance tracking
  • Problem-solving and obstacle removal
  • Resource provision and tools implementation
  • Regular business reviews and plan adjustments

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who brings :

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of success
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to inspire and motivate others
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)

    We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and expertise :

  • Base salary ranging from £30,000 to £48,000
  • Performance-based commission structure tied to portfolio growth
  • Career progression across three levels : Level 1 (£28k-£33k) : For those with intermediate experience and coaching backgroundLevel 2 (£33k-£38k) : For established recruitment professionals with startup or coaching experienceLevel 3 (£38k-£48k) : For qualified coaches with proven NFI growth track record and high-end mentoring experience
