We are seeking a talented Head Waiter / Waitress at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught , the distinguished 3 Michelin star restaurant led by Helene Darroze.

Located in Mayfair, The Connaught combines tradition with modern elegance. It features bespoke service, a 3,000-piece art collection, the Michelin-starred Hélène Darroze restaurant, London’s only Aman Spa, and other luxurious amenities including Jean-Georges at The Connaught and the award-winning Connaught Bar.

As Head Waiter / Waitress , you will deliver exceptional guest service, communicate effectively, and take a proactive approach to your role. Your passion for food and wine will enable you to upsell and promote menu items confidently. You will also manage and develop junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and flexibility. Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
