Teaching Assistant – Bromley - September or Immediatle Start Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a full-time opportunity in Bromley? We are currently recruiting a dedicated and skilled individual to join a vibrant school community, supporting pupils across a range of key stages in either a primary or secondary school setting. Location : Bromley Start Date : September 2025 or Immediate Position : Full-Time / Permanent Teaching Assistant Pay : £90 to £110 per day (depending on experience) Eligibility : Open to experienced Teaching Assistants with a passion for education The Position : As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom. Working closely with teachers, you will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist in lesson preparation, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Depending on your experience and preference, you may be placed in a primary or secondary school. We are looking for someone who can start confidently, bring energy and professionalism to the role, and demonstrate a strong understanding of working with young people in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities :

• Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
• Providing tailored support to students with varying needs and abilities
• Promoting positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Assisting in the creation of a well-structured and supportive classroom environment
• Offering pastoral care and guidance where necessary Requirements :
• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for education and student development
• Confidence in managing small groups or one-to-one support
