As Clinical Lead, you will be at the heart of shaping the service's future, ensuring that every patient receives the best care possible while leading a motivated and skilled team. This is your chance to :

Leadership & Strategy :
Lead and manage clinical services, maintaining high standards of care across all areas.Deputise for the Hospital Director and actively contribute to the clinical and operational strategy of the hospital.Deliver on the hospital's clinical business plan, managing resources, budgets, and staffing.Be a visible role model, mentor, and leader within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.Collaborate with the MDT to create personalized care packages for patients, driving positive outcomes.Staff Management :
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and manage rotas, leave, and sickness.Provide clinical supervision and support to staff, promoting career development and CPD.Lead on recruitment and retention strategies, reducing turnover and enhancing staff engagement.Implement succession planning, ensuring the team remains motivated and highly skilled.Clinical Governance & Compliance :
Oversee the clinical governance framework, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.Lead incident reporting processes, investigating and taking corrective actions to improve patient safety.Ensure compliance with key regulatory frameworks such as Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.Contribute to the development of policies that maintain the highest standards of care.Lead clinical audits and ensure continuous improvement in patient outcomes.What We're Looking For :
NMC registration (RMN or RNLD) with experience in eating disorder services or a similar clinical setting.Proven leadership experience in clinical settings, with the ability to inspire and lead a team in a dynamic environment.In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory frameworks.A demonstrated ability to mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high standards of care.A forward-thinking, proactive approach to managing priorities and driving improvements.Genuine passion for providing exceptional care and leading teams to deliver excellent outcomes for patients.Why Join Us?
