Job description10+ years of experience in Senior, Lead, Principal or Head of positions Strong background in Energy, Sustainability, Transport, Supply or a similar field Vast experience developing company wide strategies and approaches to projects Experience working with local authorities and organisations responsible for transport, energy and infrastructure Experience leading a team and mentioring colleagues UK Citizen without the need for sponsorship or Visas Fluent English both verbal and written
Remote role - Preference for those located in the south of the UK but not essential
An innovative Energy organisation in the United Kingdom are seeking a Head of Energy and Environment to come on board to champion overseeing all aspects of the organisation’s energy strategy, operations, and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilites
- Develop and implement the company’s energy strategy, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Lead decarbonization and renewable energy initiatives
- Track and report on sustainability KPIs and emissions
- Manage energy infrastructure projects
- Expand and develop the energy team
