Position Type : Software Testing Trainer

Working Hours : 09 to 05

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual and / or automated).
Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, or others.
Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varying technical backgrounds.
Prior experience in training or teaching is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities :

Design and deliver engaging training programs in software testing (manual and automated).

Prepare training materials, including course content, exercises, and assessments.

Conduct hands-on sessions using relevant testing tools and frameworks.

Mentor and guide students to understand core testing concepts and industry practices.

Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance training quality.

Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.

Assist in designing real-world projects or case studies for practical exposure.

Participate in curriculum development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
