Role Multi Trade (Housing maintenance)

Salary £34,000+ Call out + Overtime

Location Epsom, Crawley, Redhill

Environment Housing Maintenance

The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as : Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.

The Role

Multi Trade construction & maintenance
Receive & complete works via PDA device
Work safely in accordance with H&S
Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving

Skills & Experience

Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)

Full UK Drivers License

Social Housing experience preferred
