Internal Account Manager

Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of or client in Belfast to recruit a Internal Account Manager to cover a maternity post for a period of 10-12 months

Duties :

• Office based sales role via telesales to companies based in Northern Ireland
• Mixture of outbound and inbound calls - roughly min of 30 calls per day
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers who currently place weekly / monthly orders for Office Supplies
• Prospect for new clients
• Answers sales enquiries from customers promptly and efficiently
• Input customer orders received by telephone, email or online on the company`s sales order processing system
• Keep the customer informed of when they should expect delivery and any items that are currently out of stock
• Price quotations for existing customers to place orders or to win new business
• Responsible for organising the necessary paperwork to collect non-required / faulty goods from customers and ensure credits are raised

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

The starting salary is £20,000 per annum but there is commission paid from day one because you will be managing existing accounts - this means that you will earn £29,000 per annum with the added commission

The commission would rise if any new sales were made too.
