Position : Installation Operative

Location : Norwich, Norfolk

Salary : £18-£20 per hour

Job Type : 12 Week Contract (Starting 17th June)

Interaction Engineering are working closely with a metal fabrication company specialising in the installation of state-of-the-art equipment for food production facilities. Due to a new contract we are looking to expand our team with dedicated and skilled individuals.

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Installation Operative to join our dynamic team. On a 3-month contact. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, of food manufacturing equipment at various client sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Install and commission food manufacturing equipment according to project specifications and timelines.

Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during and after installation.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an installation operative or in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

Strong mechanical and technical skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to travel to various client sites as required.

Valid driver’s license.
