Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care :
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor their effects.
- Provide support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Clinical Duties :
- Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Support and Education :
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Promote mental health awareness and advocate for patients’ needs.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior nursing staff and nursing students.
- Professional Development :

Qualifications :
