Senior Architect

Location : Cambridge

Salary : £40-45,000

A well-established and design-focused architectural practice is currently seeking a talented and ARB-registered Architect to join its expanding team in Cambridge. The practice is renowned for delivering sustainable and thoughtful architecture and operates across various sectors, including education, healthcare, culture, and residential.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high-quality projects, contributing to both the creative and technical aspects of schemes. This involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams from concept through to completion.

Developing concepts into detailed proposals

Involvement in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1-6

Coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and planning authorities

Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and construction standards

Proficiency in Revit is essential

Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality design

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork

Managing workload across multiple projects with confidence

Qualifications

ARB-registered Architect

Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice

Strong design skills and the ability to develop concepts into detailed proposals

Proficiency in Revit

Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction standards
