Accounts and Audit Partner Position Overview

Leadership and strategy - Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of accounts and audit professionals, and developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance services

Client Management - Managing diverse client portfolio

Audit oversight - Oversee all aspects of the audit process, from planning and execution to reporting and follow up. Review and approve audit reports

Accounting and financial reporting

Business development

Accounts and Audit Partner Position Requirements

ACA / ACCA qualified / qualified by experience

Leadership and management skills

Over 5 years minimum accountancy practice experience

Good written / verbal communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills are essential

The ability to work under pressure

Good time management, prioritising skills in meeting deadlines

Accuracy and attention to detail

Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
