A Senior Quantity Surveyor is urgently required to work for a top 10 house builder in South East London, managing a mixture of houses and apartments.

The purpose of this role is to manage the financial administration of projects carried out by the contractors, ensuring that general quantity surveying roles are performed to the highest standard. You will ensure that SHEQ standards are followed and understood at all times, and that the company’s way of work is learned and applied in your daily tasks, acting professionally to enhance the company.

To apply for this role, you will need to have 7-10 years of experience, a BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar related course, MRICS or MCIOB qualification, good data interrogation skills, line management skills, and experience using Microsoft Office including Excel and Access. You should also be keen to extend your knowledge and experience, have previous experience in construction or a similar sector, a valid driving licence, and a CSCS card at the appropriate level.
