Role Information

You will provide technical support to staff and students maintain hardware and software and troubleshoot network issues. The role also includes assisting with digital systems maintaining inventory and helping deliver ICT upgrades and new technologies.

Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support preferably in a school environment

Good working knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 and network management

Strong communication and customer service skills

Relevant IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA Cisco or equivalent) desirable

Salary

Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
