Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service to all staff and visitors. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and inviting. Oversee the use of the ByteBuffet tapping system during lunch service. Ensure that all members of staff properly tap in to account for their meals. Provide assistance and guidance to staff unfamiliar with the ByteBuffet system. Monitor and report any issues with the ByteBuffet system to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Working pattern : 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of food as per daily menu requirements.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
