Job descriptionQualified solicitor with solid post-qualification experience. Demonstrated experience within the chemicals sector. Previous legal support experience for manufacturing sites or plant operations. Strong corporate law background with the ability to handle a broad range of legal matters. Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice. Availability to commit to a 6–9 month interim engagement. Preference for candidates available on a day-rate consultancy basis.

A leading international company in the chemicals and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Counsel to support its legal function during a 9 month period.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters, transactions, and commercial operations.
- Advise on legal issues arising at manufacturing sites, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various business units to support ongoing operations.
- Assist with corporate governance, contract negotiations, and ad hoc legal matters as needed.
