We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join the CoinDesk Product Management team.

As the Product Manager for our OnChain Data and Analytics offering you will drive the roadmap and development of integrations and analytics. These products will drive revenue directly via our Institutional digital asset data offering and service products across the CoinDesk platform including Media Research and Indices.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that wants to own and drive their own roadmap in a growing business and market.

Role & Responsibilities

Own the OnChain Product Roadmap : Define prioritize and deliver OnChain initiatives that align with CoinDesks strategic objectives.

Market Research & Strategy : Conduct indepth research on onchain analytics trends competitor offerings (e.g. blockchain data providers / platforms) and customer needs in digital assets to identify opportunities where onchain data products can differentiate the CoinDesk Data offering.

Collaboration & Leadership : Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver onchain data solutions.

Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the endtoend lifecycle of onchainpowered products from ideation to fullscale launch ensuring alignment with CoinDesks data services.

Foundations and 3rd Party Vendors : Identify and partner with Crypto Foundations and 3rd party providers to optimize data acquisition for realtime blockchain parsing ensuring reliability and cost efficiency.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Stay ahead of advancements in blockchain indexing zeroknowledge proofs and crosschain interoperability (e.g. LayerZero CCIP) proposing innovations to enhance CoinDesks analytics offerings.

Travel Requirements : Some domestic and international travel required to collaborate with node providers exchange partners and blockchain conferences.

Experience & Qualifications

2 years of product management experience preferably within the digital asset landscape.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related STEM field. Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) are a plus.

Ability to code with Python / Other Languages and basic SQL for data analysis and deriving insights.

Outstanding communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including nontechnical stakeholders and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Experience working in agile iterative product development environments delivering at a high velocity.

Datadriven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for product decisions across the exchange and media company.

Comfortable being the face of a product both to internal and external stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a distributed and dynamic organisation w here priorities can change frequently.

Extra Points

Familiarity with the cryptocurrency blockchain and digital assets markets. Understanding of blockchain data and the underlying fundamentals that are used within trading strategies.

Experience building API products either as a direct revenue driver or being used within other products.

Have worked previously for startup or SME.
