About the Role :
As a Support Worker, you'll empower learning disabled and / or autistic adults , and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity.
You'll be supporting individuals by :
- Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
- Supporting with behaviours that may challenge
- Helping individuals build life skills , confidence, and independence
- Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Promoting a safe, respectful , and empowering environment
